Time to go shop! If you are working with a realtor, they can begin showing you homes and submit a strong, competitive offer. If you do not have a realtor, I am happy to connect you.

Under Contract

Offer accepted! Our team will do the hard work in order for the loan to move to the final stage of ‘clear to close’. We will provide updates every step of the way.
